Vibiemme – a company specialised in the production of espresso coffee machines for professional and domestic use – takes part in Host 2015, one of the most important international exhibitions devoted to catering and hospitality and invites you to participate in the launch preview event of the new Tecnique line. In addition, a calendar full of events will be reserved for those who, from 23rd to 27th October 2015, will visit the stand L68 M75 - Hall 15, to be part of a unique sensory experience with Vibiemme.
An exciting journey between tradition and innovation, whose most important stage is scheduled for Saturday, 24th October, at 11:00 am, with the presentation of the revolutionary range of espresso machines called Tecnique, coordinated by Davide Cobelli - Master Barista, SCAE Trainer & Ho.Re.Ca. consultant – and Vibiemme brand ambassador for this new range.
With Tecnique, Vibiemme gives life to a new generation of professional coffee machines and places itself in the market with a new concept: "As once" and "As never before". The objective is to interpret and satisfy the two souls of the modern world of coffee: the first one being nostalgic and emphatically linked to tradition, whilst the second one is more adventurous and experimentalist. This duality is perfectly expressed in “the Bold Passion” of the 1961 range, made up of Replica and Lollo series, owing its name to the E61 group head, and to the Creative Instinct of Tecnique, characterized by its innovative TS System.
Tecnique is unusual in aesthetics, ergonomics and internal architecture, starting with the newly developed group head, whose extraordinary thermal stability is only the first of countless achievements. An espresso machine tailored, in every detail, on its fundamental “element”: the Barista. In this sense, Vibiemme designers want to offer the professionals a highly performing and precise technological tool, able to make the barista's job faster, easier and, at the same time, comfortable.
At Vibiemme’s booth any time is the right time to enjoy a good coffee: you will be able to choose between the best blends of more than 30 Roasters, which professional bartenders will transform in a state-of-the-art espresso prepared during the exhibition with Vibiemme coffee machines.
Moreover, Vibiemme will organize many workshops with special guests: “Sensory analysis applied to the roots and their differences" with Giuseppe Vaccarini – founder and President of the Association of Professional Italian Sommeliers ; “From cup to shaker, mixing with coffee” with Leonardo Leuci – co-owner and Bartender of the Jerry Thomas Speakeasy in Rome, recently confirmed as one of the 50 world's best bars - and “Coffee and water: parallel developments or converging worlds?" with Sergio Barbarisi – General Manager of BWT Water+More.
Finally, Sunday, 25th Oct., Vibiemme will host the semifinals of the "Espresso Italian Champion" competition, the barista championship sponsored by INEI, the National Institute of Italian Espresso. An exciting competition where the semifinalists are called to calibrate their equipment and prepare four cappuccinos and four perfect espressos in just 11 minutes, before the technical judges’ eyes. A sensory panel, which operates in blind mode according to the standards of the International Institute of Coffee Tasters (IIAC), will then be called upon to assess the best results.
